All online purchases are unfortunately exempt from being returned. All defective products will be exchanged if returned within 6 months from delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where exchanges are not granted: (if applicable)
Refunds (if applicable) Once your defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your defected item will be replaced with a new item. If there was no item available with the same specifications, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To exchange your product, you should send your product to: Sanayeh, Alameddine Street, Zahret Al Sanayeh Bldg, Lebanon.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
